Comments & Complaints

We always try to give the best possible service but occasionally problems may arise. These issues can often be sorted out straightaway by an informal chat with one of the doctors - simply make an appointment for a normal consultation to discuss.

To deal with more serious issues or formal complaints we operate a 'practice complaints procedure' .  This procedure follows the agreed criteria set for all of the Health and Personal Social Services.

If you have any comments or complaints about any aspect of the practice, or your treatment, please ask at reception for our ‘Complaints Procedure Leaflet’.

Please note that phone calls to the surgery are recorded for monitoring purposes and to ensure accuracy. These recordings are of course confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
